The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Phillona Projects (Pty) Ltd t/a Stay In George.

Design & Branding: The custom web development, layout, and logos were created by Janno Erasmus.
Photography: All imagery of the 1 On York units is protected.
Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, or “scrape” any content for commercial use without prior written authorization.

3. Accuracy of Content (E&OE)

While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not warrant that all content is error-free.

Pricing: Rates are subject to change and are “Errors and Omissions Excepted” (E&OE).
Technical Glitches: We reserve the right to cancel bookings and provide a full refund if a technical error results in an incorrect price being displayed.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:
